He is passionate about making nutritional information simple and accessible to assist people in making informed decisions about the food they consume and provide for their family and friends.

Will Bulsiewicz (“Dr B”) MD, MSCI, is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and joins the Eimele team as our highly-regarded Doctor. Dr B. also known as the Gut Health Expert, has risen to become a trusted source of gut health evidence, whilst providing plant-based nutrition tips and educational advice backed by scientific research. He has been featured in numerous elite media publications such as Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Reader’s Digest, he has published more than 20 papers and regularly conducts sold out lectures on gut health.

Faye James an Accredited Nutritionist and member of Nutrition Council Australia, a certified personal trainer, pilates and yoga instructor and health and wellness coach. 
She is also a renowned health and wellness writer with over 20 years of experience. Faye is the author of fitness and diet book The Long Life Plan (New Holland) and has created recipes, magazines and cookbooks for brands such as Woolworths and Weight Watchers and has written for publications such as ELLE, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, Daily Express, MailOnline, WHIMN, Good Food, Body and Soul, Prevention, Good Health, Healthy Food Guide and Woman's Weekly.
