The Living Proof Challenge is a 12-week science-based, habit-building program developed by Simon Hill to optimise your physical and mental well-being, reduce your risk of chronic disease and help you live longer. The Challenge
The challenge will guide you to use validated, concrete predictors of longevity and accurate testing protocols, making it possible to gain a clear picture of where your longevity stands. Step 1 – Test:

We know the biomarkers that predict physical and emotional health and longevity: let's measure them. You'll then use your test results to give you a longevity score.

Step 2 – Intervene:

Once you have your score, it's time to shift those predictors of health with sciencebased protocols. Over the 12-week challenge, you'll intervene with lifestyle habits proven to improve your longevity biomarkers.

Step 3 – Retest:

At the end of the 12 weeks, you'll retest the biomarkers and get a new longevity score.
