Dispatch Policy
At Eimele, we strive to efficiently process and dispatch your order in a timely manner. Typically, orders placed prior to 10 AM (AEDT) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, while subscription orders may be dispatched 1 business day after processing.
Please note that dispatch times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.
**We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or recalled. We kindly ask that you verify the default shipping address in your account and proactively manage your subscription renewals to avoid future problems.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number so that you can track your package online.
It is important to note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time, as delivery times are dependent on carrier schedules and other factors outside of our control. However, we will do our best to ensure that your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Policy
Customs and import charges for international orders.
Please note that depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs fees. These fees are imposed by the destination country, and unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control any applicable fees or charges. It is important to understand that customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the cost of delivery. If you require further information, we recommend contacting your country's customs service for assistance.
Returns
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns or refunds for change of mind. Additionally, in compliance with regulations, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or tampered with.
However, we are more than happy to process refunds or replacements for damaged goods that remain unopened. If any of our product boxes or jars arrive broken, please send an email to hello@eimele.com with photos within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for receiving a replacement.
Please keep in mind that any costs associated with returns will not be covered by our team unless otherwise stated.
Missed Deliveries
Our courier will inform you of the estimated delivery time via email or SMS. In the event that you are unavailable to receive your package, the courier will deliver it to your local post office for collection. Please carefully read and follow the instructions provided in the email when collecting your package.
Kindly note that the post office will only hold your package for up to 10 business days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, please reach out to our customer service team and we can arrange a redelivery for A$20 fee for local shipments.
