Refund policy

At Eimele we accept returns for damaged goods that are unopened. If your product turns up and the box or glass jar is damaged, send us an email with photos to hello@eimele.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will happily provide instructions for receiving a free replacement! Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds for 'change of mind' and due to regulations we are prohibited from accepting returns for any product that has been opened or tampered with.
