Recipe: Yogurt Bark with Blueberries & Nuts

Serves 2 

1 cup natural yoghurt / coconut yogurt for vegan

1 sachet eimele Shine Greens 

2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup 

¼ cup chopped walnuts 

¼ cup chopped pistachios 

¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Add yogurt to the middle. Sprinkle Shine Greens onto the yogurt and spread around the paper. Drizzle honey or maple over the yoghurt blend, mix and spread again. Sprinkle chopped walnuts, pistachios and blueberries over the top. Place in freezer to set for 2 hours. Enjoy within 1 week.
