Recipe: Shine Greens Goddess Dressing

Herbs are small but mighty when it comes to packing an intense nutrient punch. Fresh - and even dried - herbs are high in antioxidants, phytochemicals, vitamins A, C, K, folate and minerals. Herbs are also anti-microbial, meaning they help to boost immunity and support a healthy, thriving gut microbiome by killing off harmful bacteria. 

Adding Shine Greens to fresh green herbs in this dressing will take any meal to the next level for flavour and nutrition. Enjoy this stunning green dressing on your favourite salad, over roast vegetables, or as a dip for pita bread and veggie sticks.


  • 1 cup Greek-style coconut yoghurt 
  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 1 sachet Shine Greens 
  • 1 cup parsley leaves 
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives 
  • 2 tbsp dill 
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp tarragon leaves 
  • 1tbsp lemon or lime rind 
  • ⅛ cup lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp capers 
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth - stop the machine and use a spatula to push down any mixture from the sides if necessary.
  3. Pour into a bowl or container (store in the refrigerator for later use).
